The book is a simple and quick read. What you will get are tips to start your work day, managing emails and online social life and basically leading a more satisfying life. I like that Kiander doesn’t prescribe but gives you tips to find your own mix of work and pleasure.
On the downside, I didn’t find anything in it that I didn’t already know. So, it is a good, quick book if you are reading time management for the first time. Or if you need some reaffirmations on what you are doing. Of course, we need to be constantly reminded to make build healthy habits. This can serve as a reminder.
What I love about this book is that it is such an easy read. And you can just open any page and start reading. It doesn’t have to be read from the beginning to the end.
I would recommend it as a read for a reminder to manage our increasingly busy lives.
On the other hand, I am wondering why we feel the need to squeeze in so much into our everyday anyway.
