vikram and vetal.. the old book of short stories, written in the simplest possible english, probably to suit grade vi students, is an interesting and easy read… the occasional drawings in the book that supplement the stories are nothing short of depressing sketches that could have been separately analysed… however, here the focus is on the book… the stories are refreshingly unreal.. they take you to a world of unreal kings, and fairies… sort of an escapist read… and i am probably the exact opposite of king vikraditya coz i am extremely unjust.. vetal told me that.. since i answered all the questions incorrectly!

final analysis: most people who believe only timeless classics and exceptionally good books need to be bought, kept and read should steer clear… to the others: happy reading…
