writing this for two reasons… one is coz a friend asked “where is the post that is titled chaos rules my life”… the other is that today i realised the full impetus of the chaos in my life… i wouldnt say that things have become chaotic now and werent so earlier… something or the other just keeps happening… there is never a day when i have not had a misunderstanding, or an accident.. if one issue gets resolved, something else has to crop up.. all of this seems to happen in everyone’s life… but by the admission of most of my friends, i seem to attract a lot of trouble… professionally, personally… i sometimes sit back and reflect if it is coz of the sort of person i am.. i must be doing something wrong to be always at the wrong place at the wrong time… ofcourse, there have been many a times when i have been at the right place at the right time, but i manage to reach the wrong places all the time too… in many ways this makes my life fun, in most ways, it makes my life extremely chaotic and disturbing… i always have too much work and too little time.. too many people to meet, too many places to visit.. and i always at the end of the day, have more work to finish than i had started out with… and i try very hard to be organised, everyone says i am systematic, and good at time management, multi tasking and stuff.. but i never find the most basic things when i need them.. i lost 25 passport sized photographs.. just vanished from the drawer.. the most important documents are always kept in the junk folder… the most important files always get deleted mysteriously from my laptop.. in short, chaos rules my life…

If there is anything that teachers hate the most, I think it is assessment. Correction work is the most difficult to manage. It is endless, it is repetitive, and it is so boring! On top of that, not only am I giving the same comments year after year, to countless students, I am also writing…
