Author: Dan Brown
Reading Time: 10-12 metro rides
About the Book:
Digital Fortress is a science fiction, political drama. It repeatedly questions the world scenario of Big Brother watching and the uncalled for US domination. It raises ethical issues but does not talk about them explicitly. The ethics seem to get lost somwehere in the suspense and thrill of the happenings of the book. It portrays almost all human emotions, and cashes on the two most bone chillling emotions of fear and insecurity.
After the first two hundred pages the book seems to turn bends that had not been visualised in the beginning. Every twenty pages you feel the novel is coming to an end and wonder what would happen in the thick book remaining. And then a new suspense is created. The book keeps you guessing at all times. It is well written but, I have become too biased to read a Dan Brown and not read about the mysteries of religion.

Final Analysis: Worth a read. No reason to miss it.
